MENTORSHIP
The first guys I saw going knees over toes was Keegan Smith in 2010. Fast forward to 2019 and Keegan has helped me grow my business to the point where I can be out here dunking on a weekday.
That's the best thing about it, I know where I wanna be and this community helps me get there. Thank you very much! And that's why I want to share my gratitude, specially to Keegan for making it happen. It's always going to be challenging but it's just so encouraging to be a part of a group that all want the same thing, that collective energy is empowering.
The answer is that we are actually a team, we are not a professional team, we are not somebody you probably heard of that's competing on NRL or whatever, but it's really cool. When you feel like belonging there you know there's something there, like that's something to really hold dear, you know, to really embrace it.
And that's the biggest thing for me, in a way with what I'm doing, the RealMVMT it's definitely - and that's why I've been so interested in what Keegan's doing - is that tribe aspect, like that's what draws me. And I'm probably never - I'm not going to say never - but probably not going to be a gym owner, possibly I'll be a PT. But just that tribe of people that want to help other people I what I want to be a part of.
